Acousthetics looks forward to working closely with acoustic consultants and studio/theater designers. We would like you to consider us a resource on the latest acoustical materials, systems, and design applications. We are ready to assist you in the following ways:
- Visit your office to show you samples and provide you with the latest product binders and technical literature.
- Present the various performance options available, and help you find a design solution to meet the project budget and architect's aesthetic vision.
- Provide custom engineering and detailing for our materials and systems to support unique design concepts and applications.
- Send you AutoCAD drawings and details for the complete system when the design has been selected and is being prepared for documentation.
- If you need acoustical data for custom applications of our materials we may be able to work with our manufacturers to get the relevant tests performed.
Please feel free to contact Acousthetics regarding technical questions on the acoustical performance of the products we represent. We are able to supply you with sound absorption test data from our manufacturers as per ASTM C 423 and/or ISO 354, scattering coefficients (typically used for room modeling) as per ISO 17497-1:2004, and diffusion coefficents (for determining diffusor quality) as per AES-4id-2001.
We are in the process of converting all our manufacturers' product data into CATT-Acoustics 8.0, EASE 4.1, and ODEON 7.0 materials library formats for download and use in your acoustical modeling software. We could also prepare data in EASE 2.* and 3.0 formats if you request. Also, please let us know if you need acoustical data for custom applications of our materials and we may be able to work with our manufacturers to get the relevant tests performed.

Note: The "EASE-RPG-New" library is current as at July 2005, and includes numerous new materials as well as some corrections to the scattering co-efficients. It is advised that the RPG library issued with EASE 4.1 software be erased once the new data is installed. Please contact Michael Jarzabkowski at Acousthetics if you have any difficulty downloading or installing any of the material libraries.
