Pora is a breakthrough in sustainable acoustical finishes, crafted entirely from recycled glass. Expanded glass bead granules are fused to form a highly porous structure with a stone-like appearance—robust, rigid, and lightweight. Free of fibers and chemicals, Pora combines performance, durability, and design flexibility in one unique material.
Engineered to perform in the most demanding environments, Pora is non-combustible, Class A fire-rated, and plenum-rated. Resistant to humidity, rain, wind, sun, and UV exposure, it can be confidently installed indoors or outdoors. At the end of its lifecycle, Pora can be fully recycled, extending its environmental value beyond use.
Available in standard 24.6” x 24.6” and 49.2” x 24.6” formats, Pora panels are produced at 2″ thickness with an NRC of 1.0 (A-mounted). Panels are easily installed with adhesive, set in a mortar bed, or attached using L-bracket hardware. The material can be field-cut, drilled, or routered on site using standard woodworking tools, allowing seamless integration into projects of any scale.
Pora offers virtually limitless design possibilities. Panels can be supplied in custom shapes, patterns, or colors; enhanced with powder coatings, CNC-milled reliefs, etched designs, or even digitally printed imagery. With its versatility and sustainable foundation, Pora redefines what an acoustical surface can be—the only limit is imagination.
