Omniffusor W84

Omniffusor-W84 is the original 2D QRD sound diffusor first introduced in 1990. It offers twice the reflection attenuation of the 1D QRD, because it scatters sound uniformly into a hemisphere. The surface of the Omniffusor-W84 is designed to provide a more uniform sound field through mid and high frequency diffusion while the natural wood construction of the unit limits the amount of sound energy that is removed by absorption.

The Omniffusor is designed for a standard T-bar ceiling grid and can also be flush mounted to a wall or ceiling with appropriate blocking. The Omniffusor-W84 is available in a wide variety of finishes, including wood veneer, laminates, melamine coatings and painted surfaces.

Omniffusor G74

Omniffusor G74 (formerly FRG) is a 2D sound diffuser similar to the Omniffusor-W84 but is constructed from non-combustible fiber reinforced gypsum (FRG) that tegularly mounts into a standard T-bar system.

Omniffusor W113

Omniffusor W113 is a 2D sound diffuser similar to the classic Omniffusor W84, but with a shallower 3” deep construction that has been designed to offer optimal diffusion bandwidth in minimal depth. The Omniffusor W113 diffusion is focused in the middle and higher frequencies with the onset of diffusion occurring at 800 Hz.

Omniffusor W58

Omniffusor W58 is a 2D sound diffuser similar to the classic Omniffusor W84, but with a deeper construction that has been designed to offer optimal diffusion at mid and lower frequency ranges. The onset of diffusion for the Omniffusor W58 occurs at 320 Hz. Omniffusor W58 comes with 8” standard depth, but can be customized for either shallower or deeper units.

Omniviewsor

Omniviewsor is the same classic Omniffusor design but is available in clear, translucent and other finishes with a varying degree of opacity.
